Is the AERO system suitable for beginners?+

What kind of reservoir tank do I need?+

The kit does not include a reservoir. A tank with a minimum capacity of 30 gallons (120 liters) is recommended. We suggest the fully compatible Alien Hydroponics GardenTank, but you can use any suitable reservoir you have.

How is this different from an Alien RDWC system?+

The main difference is the hydroponic method. The AERO system uses a fine nutrient mist (aeroponics), while an RDWC (Recirculating Deep Water Culture) system submerges the roots in a highly oxygenated nutrient solution. Both are high-performance methods, but aeroponics can offer faster growth cycles and greater water efficiency.

Can I expand this system later on?+
